Coronavirus Update - 3/11/2020
With the prospect of a second lockdown looming, it may be that the restrictions are having an effect on your mental and emotional wellbeing. We are dealing with real and significant challenges, whether it is being locked up all alone or going into work where the possibility of infection is a great risk. It may be that you have coped well up to now but the strain is starting to show and you just want to go back to normal. In reality, we are all having to adjust to a new ‘normal’ and that takes time. It is OK to admit you are struggling.
Can we help you?

If you would like prayer for your own situation, send an email to BHBCPrayerMatters@gmail.com giving brief details of your concerns and be assured that we will pray for you. If you do not wish to share your name, then just use your initials or leave off your name entirely.
“Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which passes all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” Philippians 4: 6-7
“Cast all your anxiety on the Lord because He cares for you” 1 Peter 5: 7
